We are a flat fee real estate broker. That means that for a one-time real estate flat fee of $500.00 your Los Angeles County or Ventura County home for sale will be marketed in the following venues until your Los Angeles County or Ventura County home is SOLD.
There are 8 Real Estate Multiple Listing Services that cover Los Angeles County – You need maximum exposure to sell your home! We are Realtor members of the two largest, SoCal MLS (formerly CrisNET) and CLAW. We also have access into Ventura County MLS, I-TECH MLS, MRMLS, SBAOR MLS, IBOR MLS and Palos Verdes MLS. No matter where your home is located in Los Angeles or Ventura County you will be in your local MLS in addition to SoCal and CLAW. Thru these real estate databases over 50,000 real estate agents will know your Los Angeles or Ventura County home is for sale, get a detailed description of the property, see 6 photographs of the home, and know exactly what real estate commission you are willing to pay the real estate agent to bring you a home buyer – usually 2–3% of the sales price. And because of the savings on the listing side, you can get aggressive and offer 4% to the buyer's agent if you choose!
1. SoCal MLS – The multiple listing service that primarily covers
the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. SoCal is a useful tool
for listing West Side and greater LA properties as “Valley” clients
often head over the hill to look for homes. We take pride in the way
we list your property on the MLS. We meticulously fill in every
blank to make sure that your listing is pulled
and shown when a buyer’s agent search criteria matches your property’s features, no matter how minute. We also add 6 photos to this ad so that agents can see your home.
2. CLAW MLS – The multiple listing service that primarily covers
the West Side and Los Angeles area. Undoubtedly there is a cross
over as city buyers often look for more house in the Valley than
they can afford in the city – so both services are vital to
your marketing strategy. We add the same 6 photos to this ad as well.
3. RECIPROCAL MLS – If your home is located outside of the SoCal and CLAW coverage area then you home will be added into your local MLS at NO additional charge. The other MLS’s are Ventura County MLS, I-TECH MLS, MRMLS, SBAOR MLS, IBOR MLS and Palos Verdes MLS.
4. Exclusive Right to Sell with Open
Listing – With this rare type of
property listing, you are able to benefit from being listed yet
still sell your home as a For Sale By Owner and pay no real estate
commission if your buyer has not used a buyer’s agent. Simply
stated, if a home buyer comes to you while you are on our program,
and that buyer is not working with a real estate agent, no matter
how they found you – thru the yard sign, one of the ads we build for
you, or by referral – you pay no real estate
commission!
You’ll put
that 2–3% buyer’s commission back in your own pocket. We won’t take
it from you. A traditional real estate agent won’t give you that

websites – Your ad will

We will add you as a For Sale By Owner in a 6-photo ad, with us doing all the creative and production, as part of the package at no charge.
