We promote your property on these FSBO sites to ensure you have maximum exposure and the best chance for a sale. Traditional real estate agents would not put your success over their own vanity. Then we add 6 pictures to your listings on SoCal MLS, CLAW MLS and your local MLS if the other two do not cover your area, a practice not common with most agents. We create and produce all of these ads and update your information periodically.
8. We offer a commission rebate when you use us to purchase your next house. We will refund your $500 fee upon the close of the purchase of your next property when we are used as the buyer's agent.
